Research and development activities at AMEPA have always been given high priority. Over 10% of all sales are invested annually in the development of new systems and the improvement of existing systems.![]() Customer enquiries generally provide the impetus for developing new products. The development itself is always carried out in close cooperation with customers so that their specific experience as well as on-site requirements can be taken into account at an early stage. The success of the AMEPA systems confirms the procedure to be right. Extreme conditions involving dust, heat and strong electrical and magnetic fields require components which are able to operate in a steel plant environment. Such components are often not available on the market. The AMEPA development department has developed a series of solutions which have been successfully applied to various systems. top |
